Shipping Costs & Duties

All shipping fees, including applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges, are the responsibility of the customer and will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

We do not cover or reimburse international duties, taxes, or fees under any circumstances.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days from the time of purchase. During high-demand periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended — if so, we’ll keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes depend on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Australia (Domestic): 2-12 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to external factors such as customs processing or courier delays.

Pre-Order Shipping Policy

  • Pre-orders are estimated to ship within 8–12 weeks from the order date; if there are any changes to this timeline, we’ll notify you by email.
  • Pre-orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Your order guarantees you priority access to the product once it becomes available.
  • Orders with in-stock and pre-order items ship together (please order separately if you’d like in-stock items sooner).
  • Pre-orders can be cancelled within 15 days for a full refund.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey.

Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the shipping provider first with your tracking number. We’ll always do our best to assist you if further help is needed.
