• You may request a refund up to 15 days after receiving your order.
• After the 15 days, pre-orders are non-refundable but may be exchanged for store credit.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all packaging.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 15 days of delivery.
• If the item you’d like is out of stock, we’ll issue you store credit.
